Specialists in five therapeutic areas
Oncology, gynecology, neurology, cardiology, dermatology

We are happy to accept projects in other therapeutic areas or those unrelated to medicine but only if we are confident of providing you with the quality outcome your project deserves.

Translations
We work in English, German and French. Given that English is the dominant language of scientific communication, most of our translations are from German or French into English. We equally offer translations from English into German or French.

Medical editing when your first language is not English

  • Full papers or letters to the editor
Has your manuscript been rejected for publication into a leading journal due to language concerns? If your first language is not English, we significantly enhance your chance of publication by editing and correcting your work so that your message is conveyed in perfect English.
  • Posters, abstracts, slide presentations
You’ve spent hours researching and preparing your work. Let A&L correct those little mistakes so that you have a truly professional result that you’ll be proud to display.
  • Oral presentations
Is English your second, third or forth language? Are you presenting at an important conference in English but stumbling over some words and not sure of your pronunciation? A&L can help you to prepare your oral presentation over the phone with an English native speaker.
  • Theses, essays
If you are a student and have to submit a piece of work in English, A&L can check and edit your text so that it conveys your message fluently.
  • Meeting invitations and programs
Most scientific meetings are conducted in English. Ensure that your invitations and meeting programs reflect the quality of your meeting by having a native-speaking editor check the text before you go to print.
